ShareGiveHealth Community Guidelines
Thank you for fundraising on behalf of John Muir Health Foundation and for supporting our cause to Give Health, Give Life, and Give Hope.
The following guidelines refer to both John Muir Health and John Muir Health Foundation.
Our ShareGiveHealth Pages are built upon trust, integrity and transparency.
Your JMHF ShareGiveHealth Page is not a place for hatred, abuse, discrimination, disrespect, profanity, meanness, harassment or spam.
Your ShareGiveHealth Page will be evaluated before it becomes published. Please take note of the important prohibitions below.
Please do not use the ShareGiveHealth Page to:

Promote violence, degradation, subjugation, discrimination or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, or gender identity;

Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the proper working of the ShareGiveHealth Page or any activities conducted on the ShareGiveHealth Page;

Bypass any measures JMHF may use to prevent or restrict access to the ShareGiveHealth Page;

Use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the ShareGiveHealth Page or JMHF website;

Violate any law, civil or criminal;

Post anything contrary to our public image, goodwill or reputation.
This list of prohibitions provides examples and is not complete or exclusive. JMHF reserves the right in its sole discretion to (a) terminate access to your account, your ability to post or to use the ShareGiveHealth Page; and (b) refuse, delete or remove any submissions with or without cause and with or without notice, or for any action that JMHF determines is inappropriate or disruptive.
By reviewing these Guidelines, you agree to the above terms. JMHF reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to remove ShareGiveHealth Pages and terminate accounts for such activities or for any other reason.
